Football Transfer News – Who Has Been Sold at a Remarkably Cheap Price?

Football Transfer News is a place to keep track of all the latest news in the world of football transfers. This includes everything from new signings, to departures and transfer fees for clubs across the Premier League and around the globe.

There are a lot of players who have been sold at incredibly cheap prices, and then gone on to do a great job at their new club. Whether it was for financial reasons or just because they didn’t want to stay at their original clubs, these players all made the transition well and went on to become big stars.

One of the best examples of a player who was sold at a ridiculously cheap price came in 2003, when Ronaldo moved from Sporting Lisbon to join Manchester United for PS89 million. This was a huge deal back then, and still has to be ranked as one of the most important transfers in history!

Other big names who have been sold at a ridiculously cheap price include Wilfried Zaha, N’Golo Kante and Harvey Barnes. These players were incredibly talented and had been sold at extremely cheap prices, but they all went on to do a great job for their new clubs.

Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha has been linked with a move away from the Eagles over the years and it looks like Chelsea have renewed their interest in him. The 29-year-old has just over a year left on his current contract at the London club and reports suggest that they’re now trying to get him signed up for next season.

Another big name who has been linked with a move to Chelsea is Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling. Sterling has been surplus to requirements at Manchester City and Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is reportedly keen on signing him this summer.

The Chelsea manager has also been in touch with Liverpool defender Alexis Mac Allister, who is said to be interested in a move to Stamford Bridge. Despite the fact that Mac Allister has shown his worth to Brighton this season, it seems unlikely that Liverpool will be willing to sell him for a bargain basement fee. Wesley Fofana is also said to be a target for Chelsea, with the Leicester City centre back, 21, attracting attention from the Blues. Although Fofana has a two-year contract at Leicester, it will be tough for Chelsea to land him, especially if they don’t meet their asking price.

There are several other Premier League stars who have been linked with a move to Chelsea in recent years, including Danny Drinkwater, Charly Musonda and Jake Clarke-Salter. These players are expected to leave on free transfers this summer, but Chelsea may try and make the most of them.

With Romelu Lukaku leaving on loan, Hakim Ziyech likely to join AC Milan and Timo Werner also on the verge of moving away, it’s clear that Chelsea are looking to freshen up their attack this summer. As a result, the Chelsea boss has been in contact with the likes of Raphinha, Serge Gnabry and Enzo Fernandez in order to find out their availability.
